Where do I meet my chauffeur at Atlanta airport (ATL)?
Your chauffeur will call or text to confirm the meeting point for your terminal. Curbside pickup is standard. You can request an inside meet-and-greet with a name sign and luggage assistance when booking; an additional fee applies. Provide your flight number and a working mobile number so we can coordinate your arrival.
Which vehicle should I book for my passengers and luggage?
White Glove Transportation Services offers executive sedans, SUVs, and Sprinter vans, and arranges minibuses and charter buses through transportation partners. Sedans carry up to two passengers; for three or more, request an SUV or larger vehicle. Tell us your passenger count, suitcase sizes, and any oversized bags so we can confirm a suitable vehicle.
What happens if my flight is delayed, and how much airport waiting time is included?
We monitor your flight to help coordinate pickup. Let us know about flight-number changes, cancellations, or delays after landing. Domestic arrivals include 30 minutes of waiting and international arrivals include 45 minutes, starting at actual gate arrival or when the chauffeur is ready, whichever is later. Additional waiting costs $30 per vehicle for each 15 minutes or part of 15 minutes. Stay in touch if you need more time.
Can you arrange transportation for Atlanta meetings and group events?
Yes. White Glove Transportation Services arranges airport transfers, meeting transportation, and group rides for conferences, weddings, and private events. Share the passenger count, pickup addresses, venue entrances, stops, and schedule. For destinations such as the Georgia World Congress Center or hotels in Buckhead and Midtown, those details help us plan vehicle needs and pickup times.
Can I request a car seat for my Atlanta airport ride?
Yes. Request a car seat or booster when booking and tell us your child’s age, height, and weight. Seats are available in SUVs and suitable larger vehicles after we confirm availability; they cannot be installed in our sedans, including seats you bring. Each seat provided by White Glove Transportation Services costs $30 each way. The accompanying parent or guardian installs the seat and buckles the child in, following the seat and vehicle instructions. The trip cannot begin until the child is properly secured; the chauffeur retains safety responsibilities.
